Get oriented, find your projects, and start working.
Your studio has added you to Amplyr. This page covers what you need to know to get moving.
Step 1
Check your assigned projects
When you first log in, your dashboard shows every project you've been assigned to. If your studio owner has already set things up, your work is waiting.
Each project contains:
- Sessions and recording plans
- Tracks submitted for client review
- File delivery status
- Client approval status
Go to Projects to see what's live.
Step 2
Create a project
If you're starting fresh with a client, you can build the project yourself. Set up the structure, add sessions, and assign tracks as the work develops.
What to add:
- Project name
- Client
- Sessions and recording plan
- Track list as work begins
Go to Projects → New Project
Step 3
Upload your first track
Tracks live inside projects. When a mix is ready for client review, upload it here. Clients receive a notification and can listen, leave comments, and approve directly from their portal.
A few things to know:
- You can upload multiple versions of the same track
- Clients see all versions and can comment on each
- Approval status updates in real time
Go to Projects → select project → Tracks → Upload Track
Step 4
Deliver files to a client
When the work is done and approved, deliver final files directly from within the project. No email attachments, no file sharing links, no chasing people down.
Go to Projects → select project → File Delivery → Deliver Files
That's the core of it.
