Downloading Your Files

Access and download final deliverables when your studio marks them ready.

When your studio delivers your final files, you'll receive a notification. Everything is available directly from your portal — no external links, no expiring downloads.

Accessing your files

Go to Projects → select your project → Files

Files delivered by your studio are listed here. Each delivery includes a timestamp and any notes your studio included.

Downloading files

Select the files you want and download directly to your device.

Go to Files → select delivery → Download

File availability

Delivered files remain accessible in your portal as long as your studio's account is active. If you have concerns about long-term access, download and save your files locally.
