Reviewing & Approving Tracks

Review mixes from your studio, leave feedback, and confirm approvals.

When your studio submits a mix for review, you'll receive a notification. Log in, listen, and let them know what you think. Everything happens here — no email threads, no text chains, no lost notes.

Accessing tracks for review

Go to Projects → select your project → Tracks

Any track submitted for review will be listed here with its current status. Select a track to open it.

Listening to a mix

Play the track directly in your portal. No downloads required to review — just hit play.

Leaving feedback

After listening, leave your notes in the comments section of the track. Be as specific as you can — your engineer sees your feedback in real time and will address it in the next version.

Go to track → Comments → Add Comment

Approving a track

When you're satisfied with a mix, approve it.

Go to track → Approve

Your studio is notified immediately. Approved tracks are marked clearly in your project — you and your studio can see exactly where things stand at a glance.

Requesting changes

If you need revisions, leave your notes in the comments and your studio will upload a new version for review. You'll receive a notification when the new version is ready.

All versions are retained. You can always go back and compare where you started to where you landed.
