Client Approvals

See where clients stand on tracks submitted for review.

Once you submit a track for client review, Amplyr handles the notification and feedback loop. Your job is to check in, respond to notes, and upload revisions until you get the green light.

Checking approval status

Go to Projects → select project → Tracks

Each track shows its current status:

Submitted Sent to client, awaiting response
Comments Received Client has left feedback, revision likely needed
Approved Client has signed off

Responding to client feedback

When a client leaves comments, review them from within the track record. Upload a new version addressing their notes and resubmit for review.

Go to Projects → select project → Tracks → select track → Upload New Version → Submit for Review

When a track is approved

Approved status is logged in the project record. Once all tracks on a project are approved, the project is typically ready to move to file delivery.

Communicating with clients

If you need to discuss feedback directly, use the project messaging system. Keep all project communication there — it stays in context and your studio owner can see it.

Go to Projects → select project → Messages
