Getting Started

Access your portal, understand what's here, and get connected to your project.

Your studio set this up for you. This page explains what's here and how to use it.

Step 1
Review your active projects
When you log in, your dashboard shows every project your studio has created for you. Each project is a complete record of your work together — sessions, tracks, files, contracts, and invoices all in one place.

You don't need to set anything up. Your studio manages the project. You're here to stay connected to it. Go to Projects to see what's active.

Step 2
Listen to and approve a track
When your studio submits a mix for review, you'll receive a notification. Log in, listen, and let them know what you think.
Here's how it works:
  • Listen to the track directly in your portal
  • Leave comments on specific versions
  • Approve when you're satisfied or request changes
  • Your studio sees your feedback in real time

This replaces the text chains, the email threads, the "did you get my notes" follow-ups. Everything lives here. Go to Projects → select your project → Tracks

Step 3
Download your files
When your studio marks your files as ready for delivery, you'll find them here. Download directly from your portal — no file sharing links, no expiring downloads.

Go to Projects → select your project → Files

A few other things in your portal:
Messages
Direct line to your studio. Keep project conversations here — everything stays in context.
Contracts
Any agreements from your studio live here for review and signature.
Invoices
View and pay invoices from your studio directly from your portal.
That's it.
