File Delivery

Package and deliver final files to clients from within your project.

When the work is done and approved, deliver final files directly from within the project. No email attachments, no file sharing links, no chasing people down. Everything is logged and accessible to the client from their portal.

Delivering files

Go to Projects → select project → File Delivery → Deliver Files

Your client receives a notification and can download directly from their portal.

Delivery log

Every delivery is logged in the project record with a timestamp. If a client says they didn't receive their files, check the delivery log first.

Go to Projects → select project → File Delivery → View Delivery Log

What clients see

Delivered files appear in the client's portal under their project. They can download at any time — there's no expiration on delivered files as long as the studio account is active.
