Track Upload & Management

Add tracks to active projects and manage versions as work progresses.

Tracks live inside projects. Upload mixes here, submit them for client review, and manage versions as feedback comes in. All of it stays in one place — no external file sharing, no version confusion.

Uploading a track

Go to Projects → select project → Tracks → Upload Track

What to include:

• Track name
• Version number or label
• Any notes relevant to this version

Submitting for client review

Uploading a track doesn't automatically notify the client. When you're ready for their feedback, submit it for review.

Go to Projects → select project → Tracks → select track → Submit for Review

The client receives a notification and can listen and leave feedback directly from their portal.

Managing versions

Upload new versions as revisions come in. All versions are retained — you and your client can see the full history. Label versions clearly so there's no confusion about what's current.

Monitoring feedback and approvals

Client feedback and approval status update in real time. You'll see comments and approvals as they happen — no need to follow up.

Go to Projects → select project → Tracks to see the full status of every track.
