File Delivery

Deliver final files to clients directly from your projects.

When the work is done, deliver final files to your client through Amplyr. Everything is logged, tracked, and accessible to your client from their portal. No file sharing services, no expiring links, no email attachments.

Delivering files

Go to Projects → select project → File Delivery → Deliver Files

What to include:

  • The files being delivered
  • Delivery notes if relevant

Your client receives a notification and can download directly from their portal.

What clients see

Delivered files appear in the client's portal under their project. They can download at any time — there's no expiration on delivered files as long as the studio account is active.

Delivery log

Every file delivery is logged in the project record with a timestamp. If a client says they didn't receive their files, check the delivery log first.

Go to Projects → select project → File Delivery → View Delivery Log

File types and storage

Amplyr supports all standard audio file formats. Storage limits vary by plan — if you're delivering large session files regularly, make sure your plan's storage allocation fits your workflow.

Storage usage is visible in your account settings. If you're approaching your limit, you'll see an alert in the platform. See pricing for details.
