Account & Billing
Manage your plan, payment method, and subscription details.
Everything related to your Amplyr subscription lives here. Upgrade, downgrade, switch billing frequency, update your payment method, or cancel — all from within your account settings.
Your current plan
Go to Settings → Account & Billing to see your current plan, billing frequency, next billing date, and storage usage.
Upgrading your plan
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated — you'll only pay the difference for the remainder of your current billing period.
Go to Settings → Account & Billing → Change Plan → select new plan → Confirm
Downgrading your plan
Downgrades take effect at your next billing date. If your account currently exceeds the limits of the plan you're downgrading to, the platform will tell you exactly what needs to be adjusted before the downgrade is permitted.

Switching from monthly to annual billing
Annual billing is billed as a single upfront payment and reflects a 15% discount versus monthly. Switching takes effect at your next billing date.
Go to Settings → Account & Billing → Switch to Annual
Updating your payment method
Go to Settings → Account & Billing → Payment Method → Update
If your account has been suspended due to a failed payment, updating your payment method here will restore access immediately.
Cancelling your subscription
Go to Settings → Account & Billing → Cancel Subscription
Your account remains fully accessible through the end of your current paid billing period. After that, your account becomes inaccessible but your data is retained for 90 days. Reactivate within 90 days and everything is restored. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted.
