Track Review & Approval

Submit tracks for client review and monitor feedback and approvals.

Track review is one of Amplyr's core workflows. Submit mixes directly to your client's portal, collect feedback on specific versions, and get approvals without the back-and-forth of text chains and email threads.

How track review works

Step 1
Upload a track to an active project
Step 2
Submit for client review — client receives a notification
Step 3
Client listens, leaves comments, and approves or requests changes
Step 4
You see feedback and approval status in real time
Step 5
Upload a new version if changes are requested — repeat until approved

All versions are retained. You and your client can see the full review history for every track.

Uploading a track

Go to Projects → select project → Tracks → Upload Track

What to include:

  • Track name
  • Version number or label
  • Any notes for the client
Storage limits vary by plan. Studio tier includes 10 GB. Studio Pro includes 50 GB. Studio Premier includes 250 GB. See pricing for details.

Submitting for review

Uploading a track doesn't automatically notify the client. When you're ready for their ears, submit the track for review.

Go to Projects → select project → Tracks → select track → Submit for Review

Monitoring approvals

Track approval status is visible from within the project. You can see at a glance which tracks are pending review, which have client notes, and which are approved.
