Studio Profile & Settings

Configure your studio details, branding, and operating preferences.

Your studio profile is the foundation of your Amplyr account. It drives what clients see in their portal, what appears on invoices and contracts, and how your studio is represented across the platform. Get this right before you do anything else.

What's in your studio profile

Studio Name
Your official studio name. Appears on invoices, contracts, and the client portal header.
Logo
Uploaded here, displayed everywhere. Square format works best. PNG or JPG.
Contact Information
Address, phone, and email. Appears on invoices and is visible to clients in their portal.
Operating Hours
Set your standard hours here. Used as the default when scheduling sessions.
Location
Your primary studio address. If you operate multiple rooms across locations, each room can have its own address.

How to update your profile

Go to Settings → Studio Profile. Changes save immediately and reflect across the platform in real time.

A note on branding

Your logo and studio name are the two things clients see most. A clean logo and accurate studio name make the platform feel like yours — not generic software. Takes two minutes. Worth doing before you invite your first client.
