Quick answers to the most common questions.
Can I see all projects in the studio or just mine?
You can see projects you've been assigned to and projects you've created yourself. You don't have visibility into projects outside of that.
Can I create a project?
Yes. Go to
Projects → New Project. You can build out the full project structure — sessions, recording plans, track lists — and assign yourself to it.
What happens when a client approves a track?
You'll see the approval status update in real time inside the project. Approved tracks are marked clearly so you know exactly where things stand without chasing anyone down.
How do I deliver files to a client?
Go to
Projects → select project → File Delivery → Deliver Files. Files delivered through Amplyr are logged in the project record and accessible to the client from their portal. No email attachments, no expiring links.
Do I handle invoicing?
No. Invoicing is managed by your studio owner or admin. You won't see billing information inside the platform.
A client says they didn't receive their files. What do I do?
Check the project's file delivery log to confirm the delivery was completed. If it shows as delivered, ask the client to check their portal under Files. If the issue persists, contact your studio owner or reach out to support.
